A couple events celebrating Tasmania’s food and wine are happening in San Francisco. Tasmania might be Australia’s adventure playground, but it has become increasingly known for its premium wines, cheeses, seafood, honey and other culinary delights.
First come to the Macy’s Cellar and find out why: join host of the traveling cooking program, Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh, Laura McIntosh, as she prepares some delicious dishes using the finest Tasmanian produce. Also, Tasmanian wine expert Chuck Hayward from San Francisco’s The Jug Shop will select the perfect wines to pair with her dishes.
